Head Chef Peter Reschke's Prawn and Chorizo Paella is a simple yet delicious version of the traditional Spanish rice dish, studded with prawns and spicy chorizo sausage and pairs beautifully with The Sticks & Stones Tempranillo Blend 2011. The wine displays wild strawberry, dark cherry, grilled meats and straw on the nose and the palate opens with sour plum and red berry flavours, game, five spice and dried herb. This finely structured wine, finishes with lively acidity and spicy tannin.
